These technical sessions are a great way to gain deeper understanding of efficient swimming techniques in a small group with the opportunity to receive individual verbal and written feedback from an Olympian

Small group sessions are coached by our MP Head Coach Edward Sinclair - Double Olympian, World and European medallist and Ex-British and European record holder - who uses his 10 years personal experience as an international swimmer and 20 years coaching experience to lead a small group of around 8 swimmers per coaching session

All swimmers will be filmed above and below water and receive individual written and verbal feedback from Olympian during the video-analysis feedback session

Video-Analysis for Improved Performance:

During training sessions, each swimmer will be filmed from multiple angles (above and below water, with iPads and GoPros) to capture critical technical and tactical details of their performance. This advanced video technology allows athletes to see themselves in action, providing a unique perspective on their form and technique

With expert feedback swimmers gain valuable insights into how they truly perform in the water. This feedback helps identify and correct technical imperfections, preventing repeated mistakes and advancing skill. After the course, each swimmer will receive their individual video analysis, offering a lasting resource to continue improving their technique
