Swimming Teacher
Children and Babies - Learn To Swim Programme
Location: Greater London, Iver, SL0 - Competitive salary - Part-time, Contract
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, passionate swimming teachers who love teaching children and babies how to swim and would also be interested to help with the administration of bookings and daily operations of the venue.
Main duties:
- To plan and deliver swimming lessons for children and babies on a 1-2-1 or small group basis
- Creative freedom to tailor sessions while working within the Swim England National Plan
- Make sure safety standards are followed in sessions and undertake risk assessments
- Teaching on weekdays and weekends (you must be willing to work a weekend shift most weeks)
- Assisting with administration of bookings and queries alongside the head office team (possible remotely / from home)
- Helping with the day-to-day tasks at the premises, including keeping things clean and maintaining the very highest standards of hygiene and safety
Skills:
- A true love of swimming with a friendly caring personality
- Swim England (ASA) Level 1 or STA Full Swimming Instructor Qualifications (or the equivalent international qualification)
- Experience of swimming teaching including babies
- Ideally the candidate will hold a valid National Reach Rescue Award / Pool Attendant Qualification or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Professional, punctual and well-organised person with reasonable administration skills (we will also offer training)
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Swimming Coach / Teacher
Competitive Swimmers (and Adults) - Club Level Programmes
Locations: Epsom, Iver, Windsor, Guildford, Croydon
Join our MP Coaching Team delivering our Swim Camps and 121 sessions in multiple locations around London during school holidays. We are looking for enthusiastic club coaches / teachers who love sharing their passion for competitive swimming.
Main duties:
- Assisting our Head Coach Olympian Ed Sinclair to deliver our Swim Camps
- Delivering small group and 1-2-1 swimming sessions for club swimmers
- Possibly working with triathletes and masters swimmers (if no previous experience or we can expand your knowledge in this area)
- Assisting with dry-land sessions
- Make sure safety standards are followed in sessions and undertake risk assessments
- Coaching during Half Terms and Summer holidays ideally including weekends
- Helping maintaining the very highest standards of hygiene and safety
Skills:
- You will be an ex-competitive swimmer passionate about inspiring others
- Experience of swimming coaching / teaching in a swimming club
- Swim England (ASA) Level 1 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualifications (or the equivalent international qualification)
- Ideally the candidate will hold a valid National Reach Rescue Award / Pool Attendant Qualification or National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
