All boarding houses are designed to be homely and comfortable and also offer up-to-date facilities such as a common room with TV and video/DVD player, a kitchen with tea/coffee making facilities, snacks and cold drinks, and a recreational area. Bed linen is provided but participants should bring their own towels and toiletries. No laundry facilities are provided. Each house has a Residential Co-ordinator who is responsible for the running of the house and the health and welfare of the campers living there. Members of staff are accommodated in the same houses as the campers in order to provide 24 hour supervision.
More information about boarding houses.

Dining
Although all houses have kitchen facilities where swimmers can make snacks and drinks, the main meals of the day are prepared in the College's central kitchen. Food is prepared in-house and great care is taken to ensure that a wide choice is available and that campers have access to a variety of healthy options. With quality and nutritional content being major concerns, the vast majority of food is traceable to source and menu analysis software is used to ensure that all meals are nutritionally balanced. With the wide menu options available, vegetarians and those with special dietary and cultural needs can be accommodated. Healthy snacks are also provided several times a day.

Supervision
There are dedicated coaches and experienced residential staffs on duty at all times. Campers are never left without supervision.

Facilities
Epsom College boasts an immaculately maintained 84 acres, which is packed with exceptional sporting and boarding facilities. The Maximum Performances campers will have the chance to benefit from the use of Epsom’s 25m training pool as well as other great outdoor and indoor facilities during the land-training sessions and lectures.

Special STRENGTH & CONDITIONING sessions for TEENAGERS
The camp offers teenage athletes an exciting opportunity to develop their physical conditioning with our expert designed resistance-training programme. Teenage athletes will be introduced to the gym environment and given a tutorial on how to perform each resistance exercise with safe and effective technique. This method of physical conditioning has demonstrated many benefits in young athletes, including improvements in strength and power, motor skill performance, and a reduced incidence of sports injuries. Participants will gain tools to start building their own personal strength and conditioning programme.
